Returned Refund Policy

At Creative Solution Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt or gift receipt.

Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We strive to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
