Retuned & Refund Policy

At Creative Solution Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt or gift receipt.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@creativesolutionco.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. And also the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We strive to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

In the case of a defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@creativesolutionco.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
